Steak Frites
1 ½ lbs thinly sliced steak
6-8 new potatoes, white or gold
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic salt to taste
1 package Knorr Bernaise sauce mix
1 cup milk
¼ cup butter
Salad mix
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Slice potatoes into wedges, 4-6 wedges per potato. Put the potato wedges into a large zip top bag, add olive oil and garlic salt. Seal bag and toss to coat. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a skillet to medium high heat. Sear the steaks, working in batches until they are cooked through. Prepare the bearnaise sauce according to the package directions. Serve the steak topped with bearnaise sauce, with fries and salad on the side.
