3 1/2 pounds of pork ribs
1 bottle of beer
Chopped onion
1 bottle BBQ sauce
Cut ribs into groups of 2-3 ribs each. Place in a large slow cooker, and pour in beer. Add additional water to cover meat. Cook on low for up to 8 hours.
Remove ribs from slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce over meat. Grill briefly, just long enough to carmelize the sauce. You may want to line the grill with aluminum foil is the meat is very tender and falling off the bone. Serve with corn, garlic bread, and salad.
