My name is Nicole, and I'm the mother of four boys. I'm also a full time engineer and lifelong runner. These are the meals we really eat as a family. I hope my boys will remember these meals someday after they've left home, and cook something tasty for their own families. By the way, Gunda and Leone are my grandmothers.
