Grirlled Steak
1 ½ to 2 lb. London Broil steak
Marinade or garlic salt and pepper
Preheat the grill. Marinade the steak for at least 30 minutes in a large zip top bag, or season generously with garlic salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium high, and grill for about 12 minutes, flipping once. Steak should be pink in the center when it is done. Slice into thin strips and serve with steak sauce.
