This is not really a recipe, just a meal idea. We serve hamburgers with frozen French fries, and raw veggies with ranch dressing.
Option 1: Ground beef patties, 85% lean seem to taste best. ¼ lb. per burger is a good serving size. Season patties with garlic salt and/or Worcestershire sauce.
Option 2: Frozen ground beef patties, which can be cooked straight from the freezer. This is what we make for big back yard pool parties.
Option 3: 1 – 1 ½ lbs. ground beef mixed with ½ package Lipton dried onion soup mix. Each patty is ¼ lb.
